If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on our website. Return/Exchange request must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
This term does not apply to certain * PRODUCTS.
* Electric/Electronic products which can get easily damaged by voltage fluctuation (Horn, Bulb, Ignition coil, Spark Plugs, Sensors etc.).
* Mobil products supplied by MJL or any other Brand products which have an open type QR code scanning option on the bottle or packaging.
* Liquid Items non return/refundable.
NOTE: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.
If any particular product is eligible for a refund, the refund method should be based on the table below depending on buyers Initial Payment Method. The shipping fee is not refundable.
