- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
- Advanced amount are non-refundable, after delivering the product (specifically liquid item)
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Delivery Time and Charge
Delivery time: Inside Dhaka: 2 to 3 Working Days and Outside Dhaka: 5 to 7 Working Days.
Inside Dhaka: 60 Taka
Inside Dhaka (same day delivery): 100 Taka !order before 1pm!
Outside Dhaka: 120 Taka
*No delivery charge on Pick-up from Store.

- জালিয়াতি বা অননুমোদিত বা অবৈধ লেনদেনের সন্দেহ হলে আমরা আপনার অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
ডেলিভারির সময় এবং চার্জ
ডেলিভারি করার সময় ঢাকার ভেতরে ২ থেকে ৩ কার্যদিবস এবং ঢাকার বাহিরে ৫ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবস
ঢাকার ভিতরে- ৬০ টাকা।
ঢাকার বাইরে- ১২০ টাকা।
*স্টোর থেকে পিক-আপে কোনো ডেলিভারি চার্জ নেই।
পরিষেবার পরিবর্তন
আমাদের নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই,আমরা আমাদের পরিষেবা প্রত্যাহার বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।আমরা দায়বদ্ধ থাকব না যদি কোনও কারণে পরিষেবার সমস্ত বা কোনও অংশ যে কোনও সময়ে বা কোনও সময়ের জন্য অনুপলব্ধ হয়। সময়ের প্রয়োজনে , আমরা নিবন্ধিত ব্যবহারকারী সহ ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য পরিষেবার কিছু অংশ বা সম্পূর্ণ পরিষেবার অ্যাক্সেস সীমাবদ্ধ করতে পারি।

আমাদের পণ্যের জন্য মূল্য বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন সাপেক্ষে. আমরা যে কোনো সময় কোনো বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই পরিষেবাটি সংশোধন বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। পরিষেবার কোনও পরিবর্তন, মূল্য পরিবর্তন, স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করার জন্য আমরা আপনার বা কোনও তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে দায়বদ্ধ থাকব না।
